In 1981, at the age of 16, Stan began his career with Marriott Corporation as a Dishwasher. For the next ten years, his career would take him from Dishwasher to Busboy, Room Service, Banquet Server, Catering Service Manager, Executive Meetings Manager, and finally to Senior Sales Manager. In 1991, Stan's career landed him in Hawaii working as a National Sales Manager for Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. At the completion of his hotel career, 1993, Stan had built a national reputation for taking on the tough jobs with exemplary performance.

In 1993, Stan joined a small, Colorado-based travel agency to strengthen and build its meeting and incentive management portfolio. In 1994, he was promoted from Director of Incentive Sales to Vice President of Sales. On January 2, 1995, at the age of 29, Mr. Bullis became Chief Executive Officer. By April 2001, the small, local travel agency had matured into a nationally known powerhouse, growing from 12 to over 300 associates with revenues in excess of $250,000,000.

In April 2001, Stan left his employment to pursue his dream of building and growing companies that would contribute 20% of his equity as charitable contributions supporting local initiatives benefiting "disadvantaged" and "at-risk" teens and young adults. Since then Stan founded four organizations known as the Unbridled Companies whose core offerings are at the heart of the Hospitality Industry.

Collectively, these Companies are:
1) Unbridled Solutions LLC, a creative marketing communications, meeting and incentive logistics agency,
2) Unbridled Travel LLC, a corporate, group, and leisure travel agency,
3) Unbridled Recruiting LLC, an executive search corporation exclusively serving the Hospitality Industry, and
4) UnbridledActs, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit funded through the net profits of the LLC's that offers counseling, continuing education, medical assistance, and a group living alternative to pregnant teens, troubled youth and young adults.
